Townsend Becomes A Loan Ranger

Andros Townsend is the second arrival from Spurs, with the pacy winger joining the R's on a loan deal until the end of the season.



Townsend is already much traveled with 8 loan spells under his belt already and the R's become the 9th for the 21 year old.
He has gained a reputation of being a fast winger that scares defenders and loves to take them on and provide for the awaiting strikers in the penalty area.

Townsend has earned England honours from the U16s all the way up until the U21s recently and is showing the promise to complete the set by reaching full honours in the future.
This player could be a very exciting signing for us after seeing some encouraging substitute performances fo Spurs this season.
